Automatic Testimonials - Forever!

by Ray Edwards

Most marketers struggle to get a large number of good testimonials they can use on their website. I’m talking about great testimonials - audio and video testimonials that really convince people!

The best way to get testimonials is to do great work, creating fans that would love to help you market yourself. Even your biggest fans may need a nudge before you see the testimonials roll in.

There are a few simple steps you can take to prime the pump that will start an endless flow of testimonials you couldn’t shut off if you tried! Well, I suppose you could shut down your website

Take some time to set up audio on your site - it is a powerful promotional tool. The easiest and best way, in my opinion, is to use the Audio Generator at www.NewAudioMarketing.com. It is easy to use, and works wonders.

Follow these three steps to get more testimonials:

Just ask. Whenever you perform a service for your clients, ask for a testimonial. Send them an e-mail that says, “Dear Ray, Thank you for purchasing product X in the past. Could you spare a few minutes to tell us how you liked the product and the service you received? If you have something nice to say, we may even use it in our promotional material. Thanks so much for your cooperation.” Of course, you don’t have to use those exact words, but simply asking for testimonials can produce a flood.

Set up an ATM (Automated Testimonial Machine). This will work for you 24/7, in the background. You can see an example (mine!): http://rayedwards.com/feedback to see “Ray’s Automated Testimonial Machine”. This is a feature of Audio Generator.

Use autoresponders to ask for more. Set your autoresponder on automatic pilot, with a built-in testimonial request. Ask your readers, customers, subscribers, and prospects to offer their opinions. Ask more than once, using the autoresponder, then send them to your ATM too!

These techniques will help you get a flood of automated testimonials. I use these tips, and they work. Give them a try, and start your own flood today!
