Research your total number of existing backlinks and use Yaho for this, not Google.Take this amount and divide it by the number of months your site has been active with content.  That equation will give you your average links accrual pace, and you should keep to that pace, or slighlt higher when starting to build links again.Increase your link building schedule as you add more content which will bring the spiders back to your sites more often.
